So…. I’m going back to university! Yes, I know… again?! Haha I’m going for my Masters in Creative Writing with a focus in Fiction.

I was, at first, trying to take classes at my local university, but their classes are only a Bachelor degree and classes are held while I’m at work. Another Bachelors degree would be superfluous because I already have one in English, the basis of the Creative Writing classes. Also, I cannot get anymore funding for an undergraduate degree.

I also looked for online classes through U Maine Orono, but they don’t have a degree program. So, I looked online for “online creative writing degrees” and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) was first. I’ve heard about them, there’s no big lawsuits against them that would affect me, and if I decided to attend graduation, it’s only a few hours away! They also are not a Christian based school, which the last one I attended was, and that made me very uncomfortable.

So, classes start a week from Monday (on 11/7/22)! I’m excited and nervous! Mostly excited. I hope I can manage my time well. There is also someone I would like to be in a relationship with, though they aren’t ready yet (they are not married. I understand, I just really like them and want to get to know them better). Wish me luck in both! Haha
